Keyboard shortcut: ALT+TAB switches between running programs. Hold the ALT key down and hit TAB once while still holding the ALT key. This will bring up a small window with all the running programs listed. While still holding the ALT key, hit TAB to advance through the programs. When the desired program is selected, release the ALT key. Hitting ALT+SHIFT+TAB advances through the programs in reverse order
